Wines of Portugal - Tasting Report On Monday, February 26, 13 wine lovers joined me for a "Wine Of Portugal" tasting. We all took a great deal of pleasure in enjoying and savouring 8 wines accompanied with bread, cheeses, and cold cut. Wine Appreciation 101 Tasting October 16 at Monterey Recreation Centre in Oak Bay. The group used a 100 points rating. 90+  = Solid wine. Well worth buying. You will like it. 80+  = Tasty and above average.  Recommended. 70+  = Simple, drinkable everyday wine.
