If you have been in charge of planning a party and you want an alternative to the traditional get-together potluck, then let TRC organize a special wine tasting party. I offer different themes depending on your group size, profile, and budget.
The event can be held in the comfort of your home, office or boardroom.
The duration is up to 1 1/2 hour.
The format can be: formal wine education, team building wine game, blind tasting, or whatever you choose.
You select the date and the time to fit your schedule.
The sommelier fee is $195.00 for a small group up to 12 people + wines* + expenses*.
An additional fee of $25 for a Special Occasion liquor License when necessary.
The session includes: presentation, tasting materials, glassware, set-up and clean-up.
For a larger group, the fee is driven by the venue, number of people, the theme, and the expenses*.
*Expenses include: wine shopping (when required), glassware rental (group larger than 12), and traveling cost (.60¢ /km) outside of Victoria.
*Wine price depends on your budget and the level of event, casual to elaborate, that you would like to host.
A deposit of $85.00 is required to book a date.
A group of 10 people can cost as little as $35 per person.
Invoice must be paid in full the day of the event.
Cancellation is required 5 days prior to the event.
Method of payment: cheque, cash, PayPal, or Square.
